Payment & Delivery

1) Payment Options

Through our website, you can make online payments using your credit cards via the Shopier infrastructure. You can choose either a one-time payment or installment options with any credit card. Once your order is completed, the amount will be charged to your credit card. 

2) Order Cancellation & Refunds

In the event of order cancellation due to any reason, Nihan Yapar Sole Proprietorship, based in Turkey, will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide our finance team with accurate and complete bank account details and/or credit card information. 

3) Delivery

We strive to dispatch your ordered products within 1-7 days. In case of any potential delay, you will be informed accordingly. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your current location as the shipping address when placing your order. Similarly, please make sure that your billing details are entered correctly. Your order will be processed according to the delivery method you selected at checkout. Shipments from our Istanbul-based company will be handled by UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. For alternative delivery arrangements, please contact us at info@karavox.com. 

4) Payment Tracking 

If the system encounters any issue preventing the transaction from being completed, our visitors will be notified on the payment page. If there is an error in the provided address, and the order cannot be delivered, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue. 

Important Notice!

If you suspect that your package was damaged during shipment, please inspect it in the presence of the delivery personnel before accepting it. If you notice any damage, request a report from the shipping company and do not accept the package. Once the package is received, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty properly. In case of a damaged product: Please send the damage report as soon as possible to info@karavox.com or via WhatsApp at +90 530 048 66 81. By completing this process, we will initiate the necessary actions and arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible. In your email, please briefly explain the reason for the return, as this will help us in our evaluation process.
