Yet, no matter the focus on the lives of immigrants after migration, learning the life stories leading up to their decision to migrate allows us to truly understand them. Because leaving behind one’s home, no longer being safe, is not a decision to be taken lightly. This series looks at the courageous life decisions and stories leading immigrates to choose to leave and make the choice of leaving their homes. The “Seeking Home” series is limited to 100 pieces.
